Class 5: Our policies and procedures

The CCG has developed protocols, policies and procedures, in conjunction with our partners, to enable the efficient delivery of our services and responsibilities.

Policies

New policies are developed by an identified policy author.  Draft policies are then consulted upon with the most appropriate people and organisations, prior to final approval by the CCG Board.  All our approved policies can be found in the Policies area of this website and include:

  • Policies and procedures relating to the conduct of business and the provision of services
  • Policies and procedures relating to human resources (including Race, Disability, Age and Gender, Equal Opportunities)
  • Policies and procedures relating to recruitment and employment
  • Complaints and other customer service policies and procedures
  • Data Protection / Freedom of Information / Information Governance / Caldicott Guardian
  • Estate management
  • Standing financial procedures
  • Standing orders
