Primary Care complaints, and complaints about services not commissioned by the CCG

Although we are responsible for the majority of health services in the city of Southampton, comments or complaints about any of the following should be sent directly to the service provider or to NHS England:

  • Opticians

Independent Complaints Advocacy Service 

If you would like support or assistance, SEAP's independent complaints advocacy service offers advice and support to people wishing to make a formal complaint. SEAP is independent of the NHS and is free. You can find out more on the SEAP website at www.seap.org.uk/services/nhs-complaints-advocacy.
