The walk-in service at Bitterne Health Centre will be closing permanently from Saturday 31 October, 2015. The service will be available during normal opening hours on this day for the final time.
All other services available at the Health Centre will continue to operate as usual but should you require medical advice or assistance, please use the alternative services available across the city including:
- NHS 111 (the number to call when you need medical help or advice or aren't sure where to go. 111 is free to call, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and offers access to out of hours GPs)
- your local pharmacy (who can provide advice on minor ailments and injuries)
- the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at the Royal South Hants Hospital
- your GP surgery
