Every Mind Matters, a new campaign lanched by Public Health England in partnership with the NHS, highlights the simple steps we can all take to look after our mental health and be better prepared for life’s ups and downs.
The campaign features a free NHS-approved online tool, which builds an action plan to help you deal with stress and anxiety, boost your mood, improve sleep and help you feel more in control.
